Season’s Greetings – Alcohol Ink Die cut card

Hello Friends!

Today I have a card to share with you in which I used the beautiful “Have Courage” stamp & die set from Neat & Tangled. I bought this stamp set long ago, but never really got a chance to use. Today is the day finally :):)
I have been experimenting Alcohol inks lately.. This is so much fun.. I used Purple Violet, Limeade and Turquoise Β Alcohol inks along with Gold Mixative. The Alcohol Inks are from Ranger.

For today’s card I decided just to go with the die. So I directly die cut the images from the alocohol inked Yupo sheets. I sprinkled Gold Acrylic paint on to a piece of Black card stock. Then I arranged these die cut images on the Black card stock using foam squares. Then I adhered the black card stock on to White 4.25 X 5.50 ” note card. I stamped the sentiment “Season’s Greetings” Β on a piece of Neenah Solar white 110 lbs card stock using Versafine Onyx Black ink. The sentiment is from a stamp set that I bought from Michaels. To add some more fun, I adhered a small Gold thread bow on to the stalk. Tadaa… the card is ready..

You will forever be my Love & Light

Hello, friends ! Happy New year & Cheers to all new beginnings !!!

This is the first blog post from RamanisCraftWorks & yes.. The first post of 2020 πŸ™‚ I am so excited for this new journey.. I am starting my blog with a Valentine’s day card.. I know it’s just January but I am all set to make Valentine’s day cards already…

Here I used Neat & Tangled “Mail Background” Stamp & sentiments from Simon Says Stamp “Always & Forever” Stamp set. Now on to the details..

First I heat embossed the mail background stamp on a 5.25 X 4 Kraft card stock using Metallic Gold Wow Embossing Powder. I colored the little hearts using Uniball White gel pen. Next I arranged the sentiments “You will forever be my” and “Love & Light” on my MISTI, stamped it on to a Red Card stock from my stash.

Then heat embossed the sentiment using White Embossing Powder from Ranger Ink. Then I die cut a heart with this sentiment using infinite heart dies that I bought from Amazon. To add more fun I dotted the edges of the heart with white gel pen.

I adhered the Mail background card on a 4.25 X 5.5 front opening White Card Base (110 Lb Solar White Card stock) using double sided tape from Lawn Fawn. I foam mounted the heart on the card. I finished the card by adding few red Sequins.

Tada!!! the card is ready πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
